Shipping Terms:
Within the United States, orders will be sent by UPS unless otherwise requested. Internationally, all orders are shipped via air, EX Works Factory. Freight charges, once determined, will be added to the invoice for the goods. Or, if you have an account with a courier or forwarder, please provide us with the account number and the contact details for their German agent.

Payment Terms:
The payment terms for all new accounts are to be ‘payment in advance’ until a credit history is established or other arrangements are made in advance.
Information To Include With Your Order:
- Your customer account number, if assigned.
- Invoice-to, Ship-to address
- Your purchase order number
- Your carrier or forwarder preference and contact details
- List of importation documents required for clearance (if outside the U.S.).
- Catalog number, quantity, and price for each item
An order confirmation will be sent to you for review.
Terms and Conditions
Some products, because of their biological nature, are considered final sales. No products may be returned to Q-Diagnostics unless prior authorization has been given and you have received a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from Q-Diagnostics. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Buyer’s exclusive remedy and Q-Diagnostics sole liability hereunder shall be limited to refund of the purchase price of, or at Janus Diagnostics option, the replacement of all material that does not meet specifications. Q-Diagnostic shall not be liable otherwise or for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, the costs of handling. Said refund or replacement is conditioned on buyer giving written notice to Q-Diagnostic L.L.C. within fourteen days after receipt of the material at its destination. Failure of buyer to give said notice within above specified days shall constitute a waiver by buyer of all claims hereunder with respect to said material.
